SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

1. ORDER PROCESSING


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS


We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Same-day Delivery (local only): Available on select items

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the items being shipped. You can view your shipping cost before finalizing your order.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive within 7-10 business days, while expedited options arrive within 2-3. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or shipping carrier delays.

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


Currently, we only ship to addresses within California. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

7. NO REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING FEES
